I got a Bell Megalink circuit. 1 T1, 5 LDNs. Bell is not providing any information on what that means for my PBX. Does anyone know how this should be programmed. I presume it is an ISA route, but not sure. I've tried programming an ISA with COT trunks, but get call barred. Does anyone have any experience with this?

If they don't give you what is on the channels how are you going to program them

that's my problem. How am I going to program them. Bell and I seem to be speaking a different language. When I ask what kind of service I have, I am told it is a megalink with 23 B channels and 5 Inward numbers. I have no idea how that translates into trunks and routes on a CS1000. I have configured an ISA route with a COT route and a DID route. That doesn't work. I tried a Tie route only, no ISA, that locked out the DMS. So I am wondering if someone out there has experience configuring a megalink on a PBX.

What Bell is telling you that you have an ISDN-PRI with 23 B channels and 1 DCH channel. You need to configure 23 channels (1-23)
as DID trunks
