We have a call center where the 3904's are programmed with FND and HTD so all calls will not be bouncing all over the place and going back to the operator. The first line is for inbound and all phones have a roll up key programmed for outbound calls. Is there a way to program the phone to allow internal calls to go to the roll up and not external? I would assume if possible I would have to program the CLS to allow hunting and this will create the "call bouncing" effect. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this....aside from getting mgt to hold their employees accountable.:}

Here's a guide:
-For the HUNT (internal hunt), enter the DN of the second line.

-For the EHT (external Hunt), you enter the KEY 0 DN (so the DN and EHT are the same number.

You could also specify 000 under the HUNT prompt, then whatever the last DN key number on the phone is for LHK, don't forget to change the CLS to HTA.

This will take care of the internal hunt, follow the other directions above for the external calls.
