Programming 3905 obv button

Hi people,

i'm having a little problem to make a 3905 button to use the observe function.

i have deacquired the phoneset and then from the nortel console:

ld 20
req: chg
type: 3905
TN: a b c d
ECHG: yes
ITEM: cls spv
ITEM: key 3 obv
SCHxxxx
key <----------------- what's this sub command for?


when i enter "key 3 obv" and press enter the console gives error SCHxxxx and a sub command named "key" appears and waits for input.

what am i doing wrong ?

The most important part of the Question you asked, you didn't give us (SCHxxxx) As that tell's us why it didn't work. The system prompted the KEY prompt again so you could correct your mistake.

Looks like you need OUSD in the CLS.

you should not use the easy change on acd sets also

carve that in stone.. you can only have a obv key on a spv set.. out the phone and put it back in for any change

and an agent can only have one spv with an obv key.. that may have changed, haven't treid since rls 19 or so

I think thats been changed John. We had multiple sups on the same queue/agents.
