I recently upgraded our system to 1000M version 6.0 and with this upgrade the 2004 sets (that were setup as ACD sets) no longer show I/C or Incalls on key 0. The display now shows the ACD number. Users find this very confusing when going to login their agent ID. Has anyone every had this issue? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

my 2004s have never displayed in-calls, just the queue, so do my 3905s, they have the actual in-calls key though tied to key 0, anyway, pending how many you have, you can chg feature key label on the set itself to say whatever you want incalls, acd, whatever

In LD 23, do a change for the ACD group in question and return down to the prompt "Label key 0", enter yes. The next prompt will allow you to enter whatever you want displayed on key 0. You can name it incalls or something relevant to the group function.
Good Luck
