Programmiing parameters for an external voice mail system

Has anyone programmed an ISDX for integration to an external voice mail server. I would like to achieve different strings for the different events that calls are routed to the VMS, such as direct call, call fwd - no ans and so on. I understand the parameters responsible are the following and would appreciate some indication of typical values for a working system.
