Programme looks like low on resources

I wonder if any of you could point me in vaguely the right direction.
My customer is running my VB programme on a mixture of metaframe 1.8 and citrix xps on windows 2000 and 2003 servers. Every so often (infrequently) the fonts on the programme will go big and if the user attempts to do anything, it will exit. If they have other programmes running they are ok, and other instances of my programme are also ok.
If it was running on a standalone pc, I would say it is a resource problem. I can't duplicate this at all and I don't have citrix or know anything about it.
What sort of thing should I be looking for?

Hi,

Other than using Performance Monitor or Task Manager, I don't know of anything!

I write utilities for Citrix servers but have never had the issues you are having.

Have you tried Sysinternals for Regmon/FileMon to see if there is anything obvious there?
