Programmatical Printing of PDF from PB

Folks,
I am hitting one problem while atempting printing to PDF from PB. I am using the dw.modify statement to set the PDF file name and issuing the dw.print()function.
My application does this in a loop and tries to generate close to 200 PDF files.
Everything works fine for some time..but after generating like 50 files, it HANGS.

Any idea whats happening?

I am on PB 7.0.2 build 8030 / Win 2000.
