Programmatic access to default parameters c#

I am involved an a project where we are generating and rendering reports as pdf's. I would like to be able to run the report with default parameters. I have not been able to do this. I fill in each parameter then the report is fine. I would like to either get the default parameters and add them to my list in .net or just run the report the way it is changing only the parameters I want to change and leaving others alone.

Is this a C# question in the wrong thread? Or if it is Crystal, which version?

Try editing a parameter. You should see the values in the middle of the box. At the bottom will be an extra set of options, which include a default value that you can enter.

I had trouble with this when we upgraded from 10 to 11.5. It had been using the first specified value, but this stopped with 11.5.
