Hello, I have a customer with 3 controllers in a cluster, everything gets synchronised in the cluster (COS,FAC, call handling, etc..) When they are trying to programm a key on a 5330 ipphone (as a user) on 2 controllers this doesn't work. On one controller users can program a key themselves, but the other 2 controllers give an error like "Only the administrator can access this function"
This comes on directly after pressing the blue superkey.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be, or experienced this also. I have dug through the COS options, and a lot of other things but no answer yet.

What SW levels? Are all controllers in the cluster the same/ What level of OPSMAN?

NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!

There is a check box in OPSMan or in the Multiline Set Assignment form that says "Lock Default Configuration"

Turn it off.

This was indead the correct setting, thanks for the advice.

Where was this option you turned off, as i have exactly the same problem, but the lock default configuration check box is switched off in the user mac form in ops man, and cannot see the same option in multiline set key assignment in the 3300.

Thanks

It's in the Set Config form not the Key Assignment.

Either Muliline DNI or Multiline IP
