I am trying to program new i2004's & i2050 sets into our Option 11 C switch. When the Bell tech was here doing the original installation of the VOIP sets' he programmed them on TN's that were in consecutive sequence (in our case that is everything from 69 - 0 to 69 -7. We added new licences and started to program new sets in but I can not seem to be able to force the next TN to apply to the next TN sequence. The switch appears to be randomly assigning the new TN's and not consecutively. With the i2004 that's OK because I just find the new TN on the display, but with the i2050, I have no idea what the randomly TN happens to be. Can someone give me some advise on how I could assign specific IP TN's as oppose to the switch doing it for me?

Presuming you are using the CPY XX command, when prompted with SFMT, enter TNDN instead of AUTO and you will be able to choose both the TN and the key 0 DN.
