programing lines on 1232 super hybrid

I have a new customer who has a panasonic 1232 super hybrid key system,They no longer have the documentation
currently 5 lines are currenty ringing on all sets
now they want lines 1,2&3 on a few sets and lines 4&5 on the other sets
can some one help please,also where is the best place to get documentation. I hate to spend a whole lot system will be upgraded to a norstar once merger is complete

is it the k-xt 123211d or is it the k-xtd 1232 ?
