Is it possible to program a individual phones flex keys? The phone is a 16 button Dterm Series i and the request is to, if possible, turn off the Flex Keys (aka soft keys) on a specific phone.

Can this be done?

The phones are assigned to soft key tables and you could if you wished create a blank table and assign that to this phone. Check commands AFDD, ADSL and ADKS. You may also have to change command ASYDL System Data 1, Index 513 = 01 (LDM)& System Data 1, Index 672, Bit 0. But I doubt it will be necessary. Just one note is that there are only 16 patterns available and pattern 0 is the default pattern.
