Has anyone created a program or form which you can program say 100 users into a phone system rather than manually typing all this information.


I'm Currently programing a 412 and this will take me ages any working program i will be happy to pay for the ip office range 403,406,406v2 412 and also handsets etc.

I just installed a 412 with 200 users, so I know your pain. I had the customer send me their "new" phone list in a Word document, I took it and cut/pasted it into Excel, saved it as a CSV file with just the users name, extn and 5 commas. This I imported into the IPO using the Installation Wizard. Worked OK except when the numbering skipped or changed ranges. Seems it only imports sequencially. Had to change about 25% of the users from virtual to real extensions but that was better then keying them all in by hand

I can export a full ip office config and add entries to the programing and it works ok so far. i just reimport this to a new config file and copy and paste
