Programe has performed an illegal operation

Hi
I have two unopened emails in my outlook express inbox. When I click on them I have a MSIMN error says This Programme has Performed an illegal Operation and will be Shut down If the problem persists,contact the programe vendor.

the details tab says
Module MSOERT2.DLL at 017f:79ef5358

I have carried out microsoft knowledge base article 225096 but nothing has happened I have entered the "From" name of emails and set it to delete it.


Is there anything else I should be doing????????

OE works correctly other than those 2 messages? Do you need to keep those messages for anything?

If you just want to get rid of them, try creating a mail rule to delete each one and manually run the rule.

Yes OE is working correctly. No I do not need the two messages I can not open.

How do I create a mail rule to delete manually??
