Programatically recycle an application in "Application Pools"

Hi All,
Does anyone know how to recycle an application in "Application Pools" programatically in Delphi ?
Normally I do this by:
Right click on my Computer
Expand Services and applications
Expand Internet Information Service
Expand Application pools
Right click my application then left click on properties
click on 'Recycle'
