Hi there,
I'm creating a spreadsheet that uses 3rd party software to pull numbers from a database. This sheet is used every morning, and is distributed to many people. The problem I have is that the person that will open this spreadsheet every morning to update it has this 3rd party software, but most of the people she sends it to don't, so they wouldn't be able to view it. I'm trying to figure out the best way to deal with this. Would it be easiest to just code a button to copy and paste all the values, and send this sheet?? Or copy all values to a word file??
Thanks in advance,
amber

What about sending a CSV file?

Another option is to create a Word file and link the cells from it to cells in Word. When the content in the Excel file gets updated, so will the contents in the Word file.
