Program will not run fully 1

I am able to install my favourite audio editing prog ok but when running the prog I get this message:
"Your windows log in has not enough rights to use 'this programme' completely eg CD burning, CD reading". I then find that the programme runs ok but the CD burner is not recognised. I am running as Administrator.
This app works fine in any XP machine - what is it in Vista that is causing this and how do I go about solving the problem?

Try right-clicking on the .exe and selecting the "Run As Administrator" option.
