Program Voicemail message to end up in another users mailbox

Like Chuck was asking, what type of MM are you using? It is sound like you are using MM for MSS.
In the MSS system there is no way to auto-forward/auto-copy a message that I know of. If you are using Outlook to see messages from the MSS then Chuck's response is the best way to keep everything the same and the assistant can view the messages contained in the president's mailbox.
If you don't use Outlook (or some other IMAP client to pull messages from the MSS), and you want to do what you are asking, then I would setup a caller app to play a prompt (president's voice or greeting) then deliver the message to the assistant's mailbox.

Yes we are using MSS for the MM and you hit it right on what I was looking for with the auto copy auto delete. I am not really clear on Call Apps yet as I have not had any offical training and not sure if I want to get into that for all the VP's. because that would be a call app for each one???

The other option can be that those VP/presidents not have an actual mailbox and give their number as a secondary extension to the assistant's mailbox. The only problem with this method is that when the caller hits voicemail when dialing the president that they will hear the greeting of the assistant's mailbox. They can re-record that message so it sounds ok, but that same greeting will be played whether the caller has dialed the assitant's number or the president's number.
