Program VM 19 to extension 24

My office used to have a phone guy that would program our phones but he is not around anymore. He had it set up so that VM19 would pick up ext 24 calls when unanswered because 24 does not have VM and 19 does not need VM. We had a power outage and it reset all VM accounts. I have searched everywhere but cannot figure out how to do this. Can someone please help

You probably had 19 call covered to 24, but that's a really poor way to achieve it. Feature 20 is call cover, then type in the sending extension and the receiving extension.

Better way to do it is to delete 19's mailbox and create a new mailbox for 24.
