We are running CM 5.2 and have a request from our call center on the 9620 phones to have a Release softkey on the first page (I was successful there)but once they activate their headset it goes away.
I cannot get the Release button on the first and feature pages. They don't want it as a line option it has to be a softkey.
Also does anyone know in the 4xxx Setting file what this function would be? Idlefeatures, Dialfeatures?? I have tried them all.
Also what would the string command be to place it on a certain button?
I would be very appreciative as I and a co worker have spent the last 2 days on our QA system trying to figure this out.
