Hi,

I want to be able to identify what programs are accessing what tables and columns. Is there a utility I can run that will provide me with these details?

Or is there another way of obtaining this information?

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated!!

Thanks.

Event monitors should be able to do this, but in versions prior to version 8 this is the weakest link in DB2 I guess.Version 8 allows you to create monitors that direct information directly to tables instead of files/pipes.

See "System Monitor Guide and Reference"
