I inherited the job of maintaining our (older) Norstar/Meridian phone system, and can setup voicemail, program system time, etc, but need some help on other issues. We have about 20 lines ringing on set 221, with about 20 other extensions in the office. Can someone tell me how to do the following?
Program extensions 226, 228, and 247 to all ring when external calls ring on the main set; [Currently no other phones ring on external calls, just the main set] If nobody picks up, direct the call into AA after 4 rings.
and if possible:
Add set 249 to the list in evening hours only.
