Running Delphi 7 under Vista

Porting my apps to the new Vista machine has mostly gone smoothly.
But I have one that Compiles OK, but when I attempt to Run it in the IDE I get a 'Program requires elevated privileges message'.

Running outside the IDE Generates a UAC.

Googling I haven't found and easy answer to this so far.

What is your program trying to do?

Dilbert is not a fictional cartoon. It is a documentary.

Nothing special. Read the regisrtry, read files, nothing that the other apps that run ok do, in fact.

But this message is immediate, it dosnt even attempt to run it. (first click on 'step in' has the same effect)

Changing the secutity level on the exe dosnt seem to help.
But that is probobly going to be re-created anyway, so thats not the answer.
