Program park on a 5540 console softkey on SX200 AX 5.0

I am wanting to program system park on a 5540 console softkey but I don't know how.

I can program LDNs on the softkeys in form 8 but how do I program System Park (it has Park and Page programmed)?

I called Mitel and the issue was that System Option 129 (Park & Page) was enabled which replaced System Park softkey on the console.
