Access 2002 Report Question

Is there a way to program the page header height so that if a form had an option box = 1 then the Page Header for a report would be 1.5 inches height and if the option box = 2 then the Page Header height for a report would equal .5 inches???

I have tried using me.height or me.pageheader with poor results. I am trying to automate a report to show one version with 4 fields in the page header and another version with 1 field in the header without creating 2 separate reports.

Thanx in advance,

The height of the Page Header section can only be changed in design mode. You can create a new page header section by creating a new primary sorting and grouping level on a constant like:
=1
Display the =1 group header section and set its Repeat Section property to Yes.

This new section is your new page header section. There are then several possible solutions including using various subreports where they can grow and/or be made visible or invisible.

Thanx.

I was kind of hoping there would be an easier answer, but the subform idea sounds like the solution along with a made up header
