Program Neighbourhood issue

I have 4 CITRIX Metaframe XP servers in a server farm. Our Users on LAN connect to the server using Program Neighbourhood. Now recently I found one problem with only one of the farm servers. This server is not authenticating user with the Login informations provided in Program Neighbourhood custom connections. If I configure custom connection for other server, authentication is through and server does not give login screen. where as this affected server, stops at login screen from any client.
This clerifies that probelm is definitely with server. but I am not finding anything different from other servers.

Can anybody help?
