Program IP 1140e for use on BCM 400 1

Bcm 400 in place and working with several IP 1140e sets, A user brought in a 1140e from off prem, and I can't get it to work, Displays " can't find DCHS server, We have spare IP seats. How do I get in to the station program ?

When phone is booting up and the Nortel comes up on the screen from left to right on at a time press the 4 buttons under the display. color*set needs to be entered. There you change the set IP address and BCM S1 IP.

Cook1082, Followed your instructions, and "Log to Admin" and askes for password, entered 1234 and "ok" but this "OK" clears my password, tried 226443, and 738662 with same results.
