Program install wants wrong service pack?

Hi,

I am trying to install Quickbooks 2003 on our Citrix servers (Metaframe 1.8, NT 4 TSE). Upon going into the installation it gives me the message I need service pack 6a (I have 6). My understanding is that SP6a was for regular NT 4 only, not TSE. Am I wrong about the SP's and if so where can I get 6a for TSE. I've scoured microsoft's site for quite awhile and never found one.

If not, what do you recommend doing?

Sounds like Quickbooks thinks you have a regular NT4 Server or Workstation. I'd bet money its just not compatible with NT4 TSE. You are correct, TSE Service Pack 6 is based off the regular SP6a. You can try to reinstall it if you like, but I'd call Intuit. See if the software is compatible.
