Some times when I open an EXE file (AutoCad,MsExel,MsWord)the error message box comes up 'Program has performed an illegal operation... Details or Close...'

I can solve this reinstalling the programs, but i want to know repair this without reinstalling an the reasons for the error

Thanks

The reasons may range from a damaged driver to a memory chip on the brink. It can even be a badly written piece of software.
To find (and understand) the real reason of such an intermittent problem, you should spend some time with Intel and again some with Microsoft. I don't believe that would suffice, though.
I also don't believe that reinstalling will fix the problem, if you're getting similar errors with a number of different programs. It could help perhaps if you reinstalled the operating system.

I would suspect the hardware, starting with the memory, going towards the hard disk after checking the cables and reseating all the connectors and cards.

Good luck,
Engin
