I am assuming that you are using a Call PIlot 100/150?? Then what you need to do is log into the Call Pilot Manager. Find mailbox 100 (or 10 or 1000 depending on your DN length) it should already be labeled General Delivery Mailbox. Set the Ext to whatever extension the MWI will be on. Then all you need to do is log into the mailbox and use the default password to initialize it. Then how calls get to it will depend on your call routing situation.

That is the problem we do no thave the PC software...how can we get this?

You don't need any software it's web browser based. Use cross-over cable connect to ethernet port and input default IP 192.168.10.100.
