Hi everyone - What program # is needed to change the "dial 0" transfer in Partner Messaging? I have the call service operator set to ext. 10, but when a caller presses 0, the call transfers to extension 11 instead. Do I have to do something with #306? Many thanks.

What do you have the "Dial-0/Timeout" option set to in your Auto Attendant?

A specific extension? The "Call Answer Service Operator"

#306 is used for calls that are tranferred from the Auto Attendant to extensions without voice mail coverage - to redirect unanswered transfers to a specific extension instead of back to the voice mail for a mailbox that doesn't exist.

That was the problem, Tommy. It was set to a call group instead of to the Call Answer Service Operator. I made the change, and it's now doing what it should. Thanks, as always, for the help.
