Program for Linearization

I need a VB routine to linearize a signal processed by a DAQ board. I'm using a 16 bit Analog to Digital card, one channel is producing a non-linear scale. I know this question may not be appropriate for this forum, but I'm not finding many Industrial Automation forums that are any help. If anyone has any input or know's of a forum I should look to please let me know.
