Program feature for Meridian1 Opt 11

How do I program a feature where you would dial an extension (ghost extension, etc), and have it call out to a regular telephone number.

Example: x4357 calls 9,1-978-555-1212

Here's a couple of options:-
Build an ACD 4357 and have it NCFW'd to that number (lD 23) or build a Phantom TN to FTR DCFW xx 9xx(Dedicated Forward) to that number (LD 10 or LD 20)

I'm sure there will be others giving you some more options but these are the simplest I guess.
