Hello,
we have a program running on a windows 2000 server. This programs loads data from excel files into a database. The program needs an excel addin to work properly. This addin in enabled in Excel and the addin is located in the user profile (lets call it X) which is used to start the program with. The program is scheduled by an external scheduler which logs onto the system with user X.
Recently the server moved to a different domain and now the program fails when we use the external scheduler with user X, somehow it cannot locate the excel addin anymore. If we logon to the server ourselves, with user X, and we start the program it does not fail. If we use the windows scheduler with user X it does fail.
Does anymody know what this could be, is there an rights issue or so?
