Program completes successfully BUT!!!

I have created an advertisement and it completes successfully but i do not recieve the results i require.
The program should output a file to a server location, and when i run it separately on a PC it does what it's supposed to. But when i advertise it through SMS it says it has completed successfully but nothing gets outputted to the directory as expected.

Run it as the logged on user?
