Program button to transfer calls

Hello,
I have been requested to setup three phones to be able to transfer calls to a specific number off-net. They do not want to have to hit the transfer button, the number and then transfer again to complete. They want me to program a button so it just transfers the active call to the specific number. Allowing them to get the next incoming call.

I am on a CM 6 system with digital 6416d+ phones.

Check the Transfer on Hang-UP setting. If it is set to 'n' I think it requires the additional button press you described. I have mine set to 'y'.
