program button on phon to transfer a call

Is there a way to program a button on the 4412D phone to transfer a current call to a preprogram number?

We have a call center that take call from customer. Then at the end, they will ask the customer to take a survey. If the customer agree, the CSR just press the preprogram button to connect the customer to a survey line with out doing the transfer # transfer

You could just programme the button to dial the number, they just press transfer, programmed button, hangup. Even the way you described you can just hang up no need for the secong transfer press
