Is there a way to program a button on the 4412D phone to transfer a current call to a preprogram number?
We have a call center that take call from customer. Then at the end, they will ask the customer to take a survey. If the customer agree, the CSR just press the preprogram button to connect the customer to a survey line with out doing the transfer # transfer
