I am administrating a Norstar MICS v1.1 Trilingual system. I am trying to configure a set to have an Answer DN/Answer Button but cannot seem to find it anywhere in system admin menus or configuration menus. Please help! I know this can be done because the installer has configured two M7310 handsets with Answer buttons linking them with our M7324 CAP station. Thanks for any help.

You should find answer DNs under A. Configuration->2.Line Access->show set:__->Answer dn.
When you assign the answer dn to a set the system will automatically assign the button, you cannot move the button.
If voting could really change things, it would be illegal.

there you would be looking at a s/w upgraade plus maybe the VM upgrade. lot cheaper than a new system.
