Program an extension to hook flash in Matworx (NEAX 2000 IPS)

I need to know how to use MatWorx to program an extension to dial out (hook flash to a 800 number)

I know it must start with E600 extension and then 9-1-800 number. Please include the commands step by step for MatWorx.
