Program AA but all calls go to Ext 11

I programmed the AA to transfer a call to ext 13 via selector code when you press 1 and ext 11 when you press 2. Now when I press 1 it go's to ext 11. If I try to dial an ext it only go's to ext 11 also. This is probably because the ext's all start with 1 or 2. I'm going to change them to 3 and 4. That still doesn't explain why it transfers to 11 when it is programmed to 13. I tried direct ext transfer but it doesn't give me the option to put in what ext to transfer it to.

Direct Extension Transfer means that is the 1st digit of an extension number, Selector Code Transfer means a single digit transfers to a specific extension, and asks you to specify it.

Since your extensions start with 1 and 2, start your selector code transfers with 3, set 1 and 2 to Direct Extension Transfer.

Make sure you're programming and testing the Day or Night menu, and the correct AA if your VM has multiple auto attendants.
 
Yes I was going to change it to 3 and 4 and make 1 and 2 a direct. I have it set to day only and I am programming AA 1 day menu. That is the only one that has any programming on it.

Play the menu definition again, and confirm that 1 is Transfer to Ext. 13. Make sure that 13 is not forwarded to Ext. 11. Reprogram the selector codes 1 & 2 as Direct Extension Transfer, 3 as Selector Code Transfer to 13 and 4 as Selector Code Transfer to Ext. 11. Then power cycle the ACS and see if everything is working.
