Program a dial code to point to InformaCast SIP Trunk

I need to program a dial code to point to an InformaCast SIP trunk in order for a school to use the paging system via their phone. Cisco engineer gave me an IP address for the SIP trunk.

The NEC system is an SV8100. Do I program this in service code setup? If so, what is it called?

Where do I put in the IP address of the SIP trunk? Am I forgetting any other programming needed?
