Program 0 on AA sub menu to transfer to extension 10

Partner 3.0 w/3rd party voicemail.

If no-one answers/at night, when the AA plays it states to press * for a Company Directory. Once the caller is in the sub-menu, The customer would like to add pressing 0 to transfer callers to extension 10. Currently when they press 0 in the sub-menu it states this is not an option.

How would one go about setting this option up?
 
I do not have that information handy at the moment. The cusomter previously had a comdial system and the VM was repurposed (years ago), it is on an old AT system but we did not have a Din5 kayboard/Monitor to verify.

We changed the recording by dialing Intercom 777 -> password --> Option 3 --> Option 2 --> Mailbox 804
 
That change will be made in the voicemail itself (not the Partner) and if you do not know what voicemail you are using then nobody is going to be able to assist you.
