Progmeter - Access 97 Bible

Does anyone have the Progmeter that was supposed to come in the CD with the Access 97 Bible? I want to use it and I'm not sure that I'm correctly building the form (the code for the module is in the book). I don't want to use the standard progress meter using SysCmd.
