progarm corrupted, then deleted, want to download again

My computer had all kinds of problems the other day. My Norton Antivirus 2002 got corrupted then deleted. When I go online to Symantec tech help, I can't find out how I can tell them my problem or how I can just give them my serial numbers and re-download the program. I've tried answering their tech questions, and following the arrows, but they don't get me anywhere.

You can try following link, click on either home or office and then contact options to reach symantecs. Eventually you will get to leave email takes about 3 to 4 days for a reply. If you have norton saved to disc you can just reload. Your registration date will change to date of new install. Symantecs will pick up on that and will request payment on old date.
