Prog-7.5 Where are the user Shortcut config stored?

We had a workstation go down, and am trying to restore the previous configuration. The user had shortcuts over in the right hand pane of the main Progression shell. What is the file or where are these user configuration settings saved? I can't figure out if they are kept in the user workstation or on the server. The new workstation is up and runing with Macola, but the right pane of shortcuts is now empty.

I'm talking about the shortcuts inside the Progression Explorer right window pane.

Progression Explorer - then look in the registry of the workstation.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Macola\Progression\7.5\ShortCuts-%Username%]
