Hello all,
I am considering using access to make a profit and loss report for the company I work for. I have the data available in a query but I am not sure if I can format a report so it lists the months in columns eg.

Jan 2007 Feb 2007 Mar 2007
Sales Sales Sales
Materials Materials Materials

etc

Has anyone had a luck with something similar or even tried to do a P&L?
Thanks
Jon

There are some sample crosstab reports at but these might be more difficult to implement.

There is a KB article at "How to Show Only Labels in the First Column of a Report".

If you have some questions on how to implement these, just ask.
