I have an issue with internet connection settings. I have logged on as admin and entered proxy settings and a configuration script. However when I log on as the user these settings are not there, suggesting they are profile specific. My question is, how do I either a)Ensure that these settings are available across all users on that machine or b) does anybody know which registry keys are amended so that I could call a .reg file from the users logon script

I have installed IE 5.01 on about 700 workstations using the IEAK and the proxy settings are not profile specific.

You could search the registry and find the branch and use that in your login script or install IE using the adminstrator kit.

I prefer the administrator kit. It gives you alot of options such as silent install, dozens of options to lock down the desktop, custom branding including logos and proxy/configuration script prefill.
