Profile Password keeps disabling

When one user signs on the AS400 though a Windows emulation, the server automatically disables the profile. So that if the user signs off and tries to sign back on it, it tells him that the profile cannot be used, because the profile is disabled. No one else is having this problem. When the user signs on the log gives the following message:

Subsystem QSYSWRK disabled user profile BOB on device *N.

Any clue what could be causing this?
 
By the way we have changed the password on this profile and the number of incorrect tries before disabling is set to 20.
 
There is probably a user job (ClientAccess, VRPG, etc) that is trying to log in with an old password.

Check the log for clues...
