Profile Management!?!?

Could anyone provide some insight, links or recommendation with regard to managing user profiles on an NT network?

I'm looking to compile a utility list of links that will assist me in developing the NT network that I manage. I have a lot to learn and this site/forum has been awesome.

Recommendations on books would also be cool.

Microsoft has a really good Whitepaper on profiles & policies...

I used the white paper and found it very useful. I had set up alot of profiles in NT before but doing it for 98 boxes was a pain. The white paper was pretty definitive.

I also liked o'reilly's and new rider mcse books.
