Profile failure

I have a 5340 phone that has stopped allowing me to use call forwarding profiles. When I try to load a profile it give me a failure message. I can forward the phone manually to the profile phone numbers.

I have changed the physical phone.
 
If I understand your issue correctly, you can forward the phone via a superkey (programmed on a line key) or by using the Call Forward Follow me Feature access code.

I am trying to get the profile forwarding to work.
 
Sorry I misread your last sentence. I thought it said "Can I" not "I Can"

As far as the profiles are concerned, you may have to delete the phone and re-create. The profiles are stored on the controller, not the phone. Profiles are one of the items lost when you move a phone from one controller to another using opsman.
